I had the pleasure of working with Wayne on 2 final projects at CSUS in the MBA program. Wayne was a strong contributor and added exceptional strength to the team with his research and analytical abilities. Wayne researched, analyzed and developed much of the strategy for a small manufacturer business plan project, including identifying appropriate business arenas, vehicles and differentiators. Wayne also provided much of the cost analysis for the final strategy choices. In addition, Wayne was able to accomplish this to meet the tight project schedule and delivered an extremely quality product.


Wayne also researched much of the data for a small business consulting project. He researched and provided competitor information, product information, pricing, and market information. Wayne then developed the competitor analysis, forecast of future competitor behavior and corresponding implications needed to develop the business strategy. This was not an easy task, considering that most competitors were privately held. Moreover, Wayne was highly creative, contributing and developing ideas such as utilizing social networking and Google Analytics as well as finding ways to improve customer reach and movement of product to customers across the country. Wayne's research and analytical abilities are exceptional. I would highly recommend Wayne for any project from research to idea development to final proposal development. Wayne is extremely thorough, utilizes sound business models and analysis, and delivers outstanding results.
