Prophecy Proof Insights is a ministry dedicated to teaching people how to easily understand complex Bible prophecy and end time concepts using visual, oral, and written techniques.

  • Independently wrote, proofread, and published several books about Bible prophecy that have been best-selling new releases in the Kindle Store’s eschatology category.
  • Independently wrote, proofread, and published nearly 160 articles relevant to understanding Bible prophecy topics, passages, and current events using Microsoft Word.
  • Appeared on podcasts to provide listeners with an understanding of current events and the future.
  • Collected, compiled, and analyzed natural disaster data, conflict data, and commodity price data to create charts and graphs that helped the audience understand where we are now compared to the past.
  • Created over 30 video presentations about Bible prophecy-related topics. Many incorporated PowerPoint to help viewers follow along.
  • Researched and synthesized information from books, articles, websites, blogs, magazines, forums, and commentaries to formulate new insight into end time topics.
  • Planned 4 book launches and planned marketing funnels, including the use of email automation sequence and a lead magnet, to maximize book sales.

  • Consulted with churches, ministries, and small businesses on their online content and marketing strategies.
  • Developed and designed over a dozen websites that give visitors a strong first impression of each client’s work or mission.
  • Collaborated with a prominent congressional candidate to develop a multilingual website for a nonprofit AeroSTEM education and training program.
  • Analyzed client operations to identify areas of improvement and researched and evaluated alternatives to address those areas.

  • Researched and evaluated over 50 software products available to nonprofits in an effort to enhance the organization’s tools to serve the community.
  • Procured over $34,000 worth of software product donations from various companies, including several Fortune 500 companies.
  • Researched, evaluated, and implemented many fundraising tools and systems, including campaign pages, peer-to-peer campaigns, text-to-donate, and affiliate programs.
  • Developed and designed the organization’s website using WordPress.
  • Wrote the copy for donation pages, campaign pages, thank you letters, and webpages using Microsoft Word.
  • Set up accounts and tracked donations and spending with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Public Safety News

Public Safety News (PSN) is a leading Sacramento-based news agency whose aim is to keep residents aware of breaking public safety news stories.


• Saved PSN tens of thousands of dollars on individual purchases of video production, collaboration, publishing, and graphic design tools that have greatly enhanced PSN’s branding and news coverage.

• Researched and evaluated over 60 articles and websites relating to reader revenue models, membership programs, and fundraising technologies utilized by nonprofit news organizations.

• Advised in writing how the PSN team can use industry-best practices to develop their own reader revenue model.

• Transformed PSN’s dead blog into a modern news website by using WordPress.

• Provided technical assistance and support, including the configuring of email accounts, servers, software, and social media accounts.

• Wrote copy for the PSN website and for fundraising campaign pages.

RUInside Jail & Prisons

Data Analyst & Webmaster

November 2014 to January 2020

RUInside California is a ministry assisting inmates, parolees, probationers, victims, families, and other stakeholders.


  • Consulted with ministry director to develop 12 types of volunteer positions and to define their roles and responsibilities.
  • Designed and implemented a complex online constituent relationship management system using CiviCRM to facilitate the ministering of inmates, probationers, parolees, and others across the United States.
  • Collected and compiled information about 8,800 organizations. Evaluated these organizations for compatibility with ministry's values and mission in an effort to expand ministry's resource database. Expanded resource database from around 300 entries to over 5,900 entries.
  • Expanded ministry’s jail and prison directory from 16 institutions to 4,770 institutions.
  • Researched reports and databases to obtain statistics for promotional material and ministry presentations.
  • Transformed a ministry blog into a website using WordPress. Wrote the copy for the website.
Faith Baptist Tabernacle

Media Team Worker & Event Registration Coordinator

Faith Baptist Tabernacle is a small church that has a global reach through its online ministry.


  • Oversaw over 800 live broadcasts and recordings of church worship services and special meetings.
  • Launched and managed a podcast, which has impacted over 100,000 people across the world.
  • Overhauled outdated website to make it mobile-responsive and visitor friendly using Brizy Cloud. Wrote and edited copy for the website.
  • Created and managed the event registration system and check-in process for the church's annual men’s conference that is attended by around 200 men from Northern California, Oregon, and Nevada.
  • Formulated and introduced event pricing structure changes for the annual men’s conference that increased attendance by 25% and revenue by 39% in its first year in effect.
  • Identified, assessed, and introduced management tools used to improve church coordination, communication, inventory management, and efficiency.
